EcologyFund for Teachers
EcologyFund is an excellent way to introduce students to a number of environmental concepts. The purpose of our Teaching Resources pages is to provide teachers with examples for integrating EcologyFund into an environmental education curriculum, and to provide a group of links to valuable environmental education resources throughout the web. Listed below are the resources and functions that we have included on EcologyFund to help educators create a stimulating and enjoyable environmental education curriculum, or add to a curriculum that is already in place.
REGISTER YOUR CLASS OR SCHOOL AS AN ECOLOGYFUND DONATION GROUP!
By taking advantage of our group registration capability, each student in your class, student group, or school can see how much land they have donated individually, while also contributing to a group total! This is an exciting addition to EcologyFund, because it shows the power of working as a team to accomplish an important goal. Encourage friendly competitions between classes or schools, or join together to see how much a group of students can donate in a given period of time. We will post the totals of the largest group donors on our site every month.

CHECK OUT OTHER GREAT ENVIRONMENTAL EDUCATION RESOURCES!
We have reviewed over one hundred of the top environmental education web sites, and have chosen what we believe to be the best. Visit sites that allow students to correspond with scientists in the rainforest, or that help you to design a comprehensive environmental curriculum.

USE OUR KIDS PAGES TO GET YOUR STUDENTS INVOLVED!
We have a section of our site devoted to activities involving wilderness preservation that kids will enjoy, including monthly contests, cool links to great environmental kids sites, and information on how to contact elected representatives about environmental issues!
SEND US YOUR IDEAS!
We would love to hear how you have used EcologyFund in your classroom, or about any links we should consider adding to our site. Or, if you have a general comment or question, ask away!
COMMUNICATE WITH OTHER EDUCATORS
We've also provided some links to list serves and forums that allow educators to communicate with each other. Find an answer to a question you may have, get suggestions for a class activity, discuss teaching methods.
